–  Furnace Faith –

His Eternal Word

rose-white-and-pink3Daniel 3:17-18, “If it be so, our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and he will deliver us out of thine hand. O king, but if not, be it known unto thee, O king, that we will not serve they gods, nor worship the golden image which thou hast set up”


Facing the fiery furnace, the three Hebrew children, Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego refused to compromise their beliefs or change their behavior. They told the king, “If we are thrown into the blazing furnace, the God we serve is able to save us from it, and he will rescue us from your hand; but even if he does not, we will not serve your gods.”
