This is Kepler, Master’s Jack Russell terrier, writing another article for Master’s Bible-Science Guy Blog.
I have some Thanksgiving advice for President Trump. It’s a message whose foundation penetrates to the heart of Thanksgiving, despite disrupting an ingrained ritual of the season.
My message for the President is short and sweet:
Eat the Turkey!!!
What turkey do I mean?
The National Thanksgiving Turkey Presentation has happened for decades shortly before Thanksgiving at the White House. In this meaningless ceremony, the president “pardons” the National Thanksgiving Turkey that has been presented to him.
Don’t “pardon” the National Thanksgiving Turkey, Mr. President. Eat it!
Last year President Trump “pardoned” Butter, the National Thanksgiving Turkey, along with the alternate turkey named Bread. The previous year he “pardoned” both Peas and the alternate Carrots.
